All Merchandise on our site is always in stock. Orders are Processed and Shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive order when selecting standard shipping.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We appreciate the business. We understand that selecting sizes can be difficult. If size is too large or too small, please follow our Return Policy.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the day the package was delivered to you for a full refund (less shipping fees) or to exchange with any other product(s) on our website. If your item is damaged due to a manufacturer defect or if you selected the wrong size, please mail back to the address above along with a copy of your sales invoice and exchange request. If you cannot locate a copy of your sales receipt, please write on a piece of paper your name, address, email address and exchange request.

Anything after 30 days - Please Email us at for return approval (case basis) and to obtain an Return Authorization number.

Exchanges will be accepted within 45 days from the day the package was delivered to you for an even exchange.

All items returned for refund must be returned in New condition. We will not refund / exchange any used, altered, damaged product (e.g. broken parts, tears, or any sign of wear & tear). All used returns will be returned back to the sender.

Custom orders such as personalization, special requests, non-inventory items are non-refundable.

Please be sure to insure all returned packages. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen returned packages. Please include your name used on order with all returns to assure that your return / exchange will be accurately processed.

Refunds and Credits normally take 3-4 business days to process and post to your account. We will email you with the refund tranaction number when completed.

4. What are the shipping rates?

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 for USA Orders, $6.95 for Canada orders. Rates vary for International Orders outside USa & Canada.

5. Do I have the right size?

Please check out our size chart for correct sizing. Call us if you are uncertain and need more guidance. If you order and receive the wrong size, its not a problem. You may exchange it for the correct size by sending it back to the address above along with your name, address, phone number, email address, order number and exchange request.
